CGM is a bonded private security company, licensed by the New York State Department of State. It specializes in “financial due diligence”. The President of CGM is Peter Noel Duhamel, a former Assistant United States Attorney in New York City and Assistant Special Prosecutor in Philadelphia.

A certified public accounting firm, Shanholt was established in 1931 and is one of New York City’s premier firms. It is especially strong in the area of real estate. It has a staff of 40 accountants, five of whom are Chinese and can read and speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

Established in 1981, its law offices are located in midtown Manhattan. Its Senior partner, Edward H. Burnbaum, specializes in international transactions, domestic commercial and corporate transactions, financing, and real estate law.
 
Peter Noel Duhamel
Mr. Duhamel is the Organizer of CUSIC. He has taught as a Foreign Expert at the Chinese People’s Public Security University in Beijing, and has four years of work experience in Beijing as a business owner. He owns and manages two buildings in New York City which he converted from commercial to “mixed use” properties. He also owned a large rural property which he subdivided into residential lots. He possesses considerable contacts in the real estate industry in New York City and Vermont.
 
Martin G. Enterlin
Mr. Enterlin has twenty-seven years of experience with the Internal Revenue Service. He was Assistant Chief of both the Denver and Philadelphia field offices, and Executive Officer of the Mid-Atlantic Region. In the private sector he was Director of Audits and Investigations for a privately-held company. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and now works as a forensic accountant, investigator, and consultant.
 
Hui Ting “Rebecca” Zhang
As the Manager for China of CUSIC, Ms. Zhang is stationed in Beijing. She is a native of Xiamen, and is a college graduate with varied work experience within the PRC. She was Assistant Manager for a marketing firm and a Supervisor for a business center. She was Manager of New York International Restaurant/Gallery in Beijing, where she worked with Mr. Duhamel. Ms. Zhang speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.
